Vibroacoustic Immersion | Saturday, September 19 and November 21
Join us for a deeply restorative evening of sound, vibration, and nervous system reset, featuring Danny Rhodes of Sonic Mountain and his custom-built VibroDeck platforms.
This unique experience blends vibroacoustic therapy, sound healing, and mindful rest to help the body unwind and return to balance. Low-frequency vibrations move directly through the body while mid and high frequencies are experienced through sound, creating a full-spectrum sensory experience that supports deep relaxation and grounding.
We’re offering two ways to experience the evening:
6:00pm | Vibroacoustic + Restorative Yoga
A guided, fully supported practice combining restorative yoga with vibroacoustic sound, yoga l ed by Amanda Denz. Settle into comfortable, prop-supported postures while the sound and vibration work to calm the nervous system, release tension, and invite a deeper state of rest.
7:30pm | Vibroacoustic Sound Journey
A more traditional vibroacoustic immersion, focused entirely on sound and vibration. Lie back and receive as the VibroDeck and soundscape guide you into a meditative, restorative state.
No prior experience is needed for either session—just come in comfortable clothing and be ready to rest and receive.
Space is limited and advance registration is recommended. Cost: $40 per session.
