Sunday, November 23 | Vibroacoustic Immersion

With Danny Rhodes
5pm to 6:30pm | $40

Join us for a deeply restorative and immersive sound and vibration experience with the VibroDeck, created by Danny Rhodes. This unique group session blends vibroacoustic therapy, sound healing, and gentle mindfulness practices to help calm the nervous system and invite deep relaxation.

The VibroDeck platform resonates low-frequency sound through the body while mid and high frequencies are heard through headphones or speakers—creating a full-spectrum sensory experience that promotes balance and grounding. As these frequencies harmonize with the body, they stimulate a parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) response, helping to ease stress and tension.

Come in comfortable clothes, the sound experience does not include movement. No previous experience necessary, just a desire to relax and unwind.
