The Experience
Begin with a transformative journey of somatic breathwork amplified by live electronic soundscapes from Randy Gates. With Reiki energy work and supportive touch from Jodi Hubbell and Brad Taylor, this immersive practice opens space to release stagnation, reset the nervous system, and access deeper awareness. Integration support with Jodi will help ground and carry the experience forward.

After breathwork, you’re invited to stay for an optional dance party from 7:00–8:30pm, featuring soulful house music by DJ RAZL. An opportunity to integrate the breathwork by moving energy through your body in a joyful, freeing way.

Saturday, April 11th | Workshop
From Survive to Thrive: Awakening the Intelligence of the Heart

1pm - 4pm | $40
With Kansas Carradine

What if your heart held the key to greater clarity, emotional balance, and intuitive knowing? This immersive workshop introduces the science-backed research of the Institute of HeartMath® while guiding you into the direct experience of heart coherence — a powerful physiological state that supports resilience, compassion, and aligned decision-making. You’ll learn how emotions shape the body, how the heart communicates with the brain, and how to intentionally shift your internal state even in the midst of life’s challenges. This is a practical and reflective experience surrounded with compassionate care.

You will leave with:

  • Evidence-based tools for regulating your nervous system

  • Real-time HRV bio-feedback of your Coherence Levels

  • Bio-hacking techniques to transform stress patterns

  • Clear methods for accessing intuitive insight

  • Greater self-awareness and emotional stability

  • Practices you can return to again and again

  • Through journaling, self-inquiry, and group exploration, we’ll gently unpack the questions that matter most — creating space for meaningful personal transformation.

  • Bring a journal and an open mind.

This workshop is designed for anyone ready to embody the integration of science, intuition, and lived philosophy — and is particularly valuable for caregivers, therapists, parents, and seekers who support others while longing to stay resourced themselves. Led by Kansas, this experience offers both grounded education and heartfelt inspiration.

Kansas Carradine is an HeartMath® Certified Trainer, Equine Guided Educator, and professional equestrian whose background includes Cavalia, World Equestrian Games, the Gaucho Derby, and stunt work. She blends science-based self-regulation tools with somatic experiencing to help individuals build resilience, deepen awareness, and communicate with clarity and heart.

Workshop: The Architecture of Alignment

Two Day Yoga Immersion with Visiting Teach Jo Lewzey
2pm to 5pm each day

We’re excited to welcome visiting teacher Jo Lewzey to the studio. Jo brings a deep understanding of alignment, body mechanics, and the subtle actions that help create a strong, sustainable practice. Her teaching offers practical insight for anyone looking to refine movement, deepen awareness, and build resilience over time—a beautiful opportunity to learn from her while she’s here.

A strong, sustainable yoga practice is built on intelligent foundations. In this two-day immersive workshop, we will explore how the body is designed to organize, support, and move with greater efficiency, stability, and ease.

Day 1: The Foundation

We begin from the ground up, working with the feet, legs, and hips to develop stability, balanced strength, and clear directional movement. Understanding how the lower body supports the pelvis and spine creates the base for safer hip opening, standing poses, and transitions.

Day 2: Support & Expression

With the foundation established, we move upward into the spine, shoulders, arms, hands, neck, and head. You’ll learn how upper-body organization connects to the support of the legs and pelvis, creating more freedom in backbends, arm work, and everyday posture.

This workshop is ideal for students and teachers who want to refine their understanding of alignment, reduce strain, and build a practice that supports longevity, resilience, and confident movement.
