Yoga Classes
Flow: Dynamic, movement-focused yoga classes that link breath with motion. Expect creative sequences, sun salutations, and options to build heat or slow it down—depending on the vibe. Perfect for students who want to move, stretch, and feel energized. All levels welcome.
Align: Slow, intentional yoga focused on form, breath, and body awareness. Great for those wanting to deepen their alignment in classic postures. Expect strong foundations, mindful transitions, and space to refine and let go. All levels welcome, great for beginners.
Strength Classes
Hot Pilates: A high-energy take on classical Pilates focused on building strength and stamina. This class is mat-based and utilizes light weights and bands in a circuit training format. Highly effective for building long-term strength and resilience.
Dance Classes
Movement-Focused Dance - COMING FALL 2025
Studio Truckee uses infrared heaters to make our studio anywhere from cozy and warm to nice and hot.
Class heat levels are indicated on the schedule.
Warm: 80–90°F
Heated: 95–100°F
Hot: 100–105°F
Not listed: expect a cozy room-temperature experience of between 70-80°F
