Yoga Classes

Flow: Dynamic, movement-focused yoga classes that link breath with motion. Expect creative sequences, sun salutations, and options to build heat or slow it down—depending on the vibe. Perfect for students who want to move, stretch, and feel energized. All levels welcome.

Restorative: A deeply relaxing practice designed to rest the body and calm the mind. Using props for full support, you’ll settle into gentle postures that encourage stillness and release. This class helps reduce stress, improve sleep, and restore balance—ideal for anyone seeking rest or recovery.

Slow Flow & Yin: A soothing blend of slow vinyasa and yin yoga. The first half of class offers gentle, mindful movement to warm the body and connect with breath; the second half moves into longer-held yin postures to release tension and quiet the mind. Perfect for unwinding and restoring balance.

Meditation: An accessible guided meditation practice to help calm the mind and cultivate presence. Through breath awareness, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques, you’ll learn tools to ease stress and create inner stillness. Open to all—no prior meditation experience required

Yoga Foundations (a Beginner-friendly class): Designed for those new to yoga or anyone looking to refine the basics. In this supportive class, you’ll learn foundational postures and breath awareness at a steady, comfortable pace with opportunities for exploration and questions. Builds strength, mobility, and confidence for future practice. No experience needed.

Strength Classes

Hot Pilates: A high-energy take on classical Pilates focused on building strength and stamina. This class is mat-based and utilizes light weights and bands in a circuit training format. Highly effective for building long-term strength and resilience.

Pilate Sculpt: A fusion of Pilates precision and dynamic strength training. Using light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements, this class targets deep core muscles while improving balance, posture, and control. Expect an energizing, low-impact workout that sculpts and strengthens from the inside out.

Dance Classes

AFLOW: An upbeat, follow-along dance cardio class blending Afrobeats, Hip Hop, Jazz, and Dancehall for a joyful, high-energy movement experience. No dance experience required—just come ready to move, sweat, and smile! The focus is on feeling good in your body, not perfection.

Vixen Vibes:A playful, empowering dance class blending contemporary and burlesque-inspired movement to help you tap into confidence, sensuality, and strength. No experience needed—just come ready to move, laugh, and celebrate yourself. Wear something comfortable (or sassy!), bring water, and unleash your inner vixen.

Studio Truckee uses infrared heaters to make our studio anywhere from cozy and warm to nice and hot.

Class heat levels are indicated on the schedule.

  • Warm: 85-90°F

  • Heated: 90–98°F

  • Hot: 99–105°F

  • Not listed: expect a cozy room-temperature experience of between 75-85°F
